About The Position
We are searching for highly experienced Commercial Foremen & Plumbers with 10+ years of experience to join our team. We are a plumbing contractor based in the San Diego Area. Openings are available for those highly skilled individuals; looking for both lead and tradesmen. Please come in with a complete resume and apply.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience or a combination of field and education in the trade
- Ability to read and understand construction documents and schedules
- Computer experience
- Effective positive Team leader, organized and driven
- Knowledge of all codes and regulations specific to the project
- Must pass a drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Lead person experience
Responsibilities
- Manage portions of projects
- Forecast tasks, materials, and manpower
- Ensure the safety of self and others on projects
- Write RFI’s, Change Orders, T&M Tickets, Dailies, Material Requests, and Reports
