Our Mission Statement Our Core Values Not just making a living but making a difference as we Caring Honor Christ Professionalism Exceed customer expectations Integrity Equip one another for success Innovation Position Summary The Commercial Plumbing Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising commercial plumbing projects while working alongside field crews to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with all applicable codes, contract requirements, and company standards. The Foreman serves as the on-site leader for assigned projects, overseeing plumbers, apprentices, helpers, and subcontractors. They also coordinate materials, schedules, safety, quality, and productivity. This role acts as the company's front-line representative, maintaining positive relationships with customers, trade partners, and project stakeholders while protecting the interests of Precision Plumbing & Service, LLC.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of commercial plumbing experience
  • State issued Driver’s License with safe driving record.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. Precision Plumbing does not sponsor employment visas for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee commercial plumbing projects of varying size and complexity from start to completion.
  • Direct, supervise, and coordinate plumbers, apprentices, helpers, temporary labor, and subcontractors on assigned projects.
  • Establish daily and weekly project goals and ensure crews meet productivity, quality, and schedule expectations.
  • Work alongside crews in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
  • Review and clearly understand project scope, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with management, customers, and trade partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittments, and building codes to determine installation requirements and work procedures.
  • Assess labor, equipment, and material requirements for assigned projects.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries from warehouses, fabrication facilities, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Track, manage, and maintain jobsite inventory, materials, and equipment.
  • Serve as the primary field contact for customers, inspectors, and trade partners on assigned projects.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and professionalism among all project personnel.
  • Mentor, coach, and train plumbers, apprentices, helpers, and assigned personnel.
  • Support workforce development efforts by fostering skill growth and leadership development within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, customer requirements, and project-specific safety procedures.
  • Conduct daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and ensure safety requirements are communicated to all personnel.
  • Complete and maintain all required safety documentation, permits, inspections, and reports using approved company technology platforms.
  • Conduct weekly safety walks, toolbox talks, equipment inspections, and PPE inspections.
  • Ensure all employees, subcontractors, and trade partners under supervision maintain compliance with safety requirements.
