Commercial Plumbing Foreman
About The Position
Superior Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews and drive commercial plumbing work. This role involves customer consultations, estimating, and building relationships with property managers, general contractors, and commercial clients. The Foreman will identify opportunities, develop project scope, present pricing, and support project closure, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all work. This position requires a confident, customer-facing professional capable of managing multiple commercial projects, balancing sales with hands-on leadership and technical expertise. The role is based in San Angelo, Texas, serving the surrounding area, and requires relocation to San Angelo, TX.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
- Minimum 10+ years plumbing experience, including leadership or foreman responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements

- Proven sales experience in plumbing or related trades preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial plumbing projects
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine scope of work
- Perform material takeoffs and labor projections
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Assist with bid preparation, value engineering, and cost analysis
- Track job costs and compare estimated vs. actual performance
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on commercial job sites
- Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
- Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
- Order materials, manage deliveries, and maintain inventory
- Troubleshoot job site issues and provide technical guidance
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and daily reports
