We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Account Manager who is driven, relationship focused, and eager to grow with our team. The Plumbing Account Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, estimating projects, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through project completion and beyond. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial plumbing, sales, and project estimation who thrives in a fast paced, relationship driven environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in plumbing, construction sales, or account management
  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing services and/or tenant improvement projects
  • Experience with estimating and writing scopes of work
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Self motivated, results driven, and highly organized
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be drug free (including marijuana)

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman Plumbing License
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience working in the commercial service plumbing space

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain partnerships with general contractors, subcontractors, property managers, facility managers, and property owners
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share
  • Represent Nu Flow Plumbing professionally in all client interactions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build long term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of each project
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after project completion
  • Estimate commercial service and tenant improvement (TI) plumbing projects
  • Prepare accurate and detailed scopes of work, proposals, and contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility and successful execution
  • Stay up to date with current plumbing practices, codes, and industry standards
  • Work closely with field teams, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment
  • Communicate clearly across departments to support project success
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards
