About The Position
Join RQ Construction's Mechanical team as a Commercial Plumber and contribute your expertise to critical construction projects in Jacksonville, Florida; Kings Bay Naval Base, Georgia, and surrounding areas. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience, including experience performing journey-level work in commercial construction or facilities operations
- Demonstrated experience with new construction and commercial plumbing systems
Nice To Haves
- Government, military, or large-scale commercial construction experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and fabricate commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment
- Interpret and follow construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Perform work in accordance with applicable plumbing codes, quality standards, and project specifications
- Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety practices and procedures on active construction sites
