About The Position

Based in Orlando, Florida, the company employs over 2,800 team members and operates over 2,400 vehicles, serving over 800,000 customers across multiple states with Residential and Commercial Pest Prevention, Termite Protection, and Landscape and Irrigation Services. The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for the overall customer experience, requiring strong communication skills for providing accurate and timely paperwork completion, and for comparing and evaluating customer service solutions to recommend customized service plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
