The primary purpose of this role is to perform the dynamic combined aspects of pest control, exclusion services, minor construction, and TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest) insulation installation allowing you to make a significant impact in the communities we serve. This role involves working around animals, insects, and termites, and in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways. The job also requires working around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights and scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals, with training provided on safe handling. Essential functions include setting up and building exclusion traps, removing animals, completing production forms, and operating a motor vehicle safely. The role requires the ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator, and maintain balance on various surfaces. Physical demands include moving up to 50 pounds and performing tasks that involve sustained force with upper extremities.
