About The Position

ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to support the continued growth of our South Florida operation. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality pest management services, building strong client relationships, identifying pest pressures and conducive conditions, documenting findings, and professionally representing the ABC brand at client locations. The ideal candidate must be dependable, hardworking, and have a positive attitude. They will be detail oriented, and a team player while working with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
Minimum 2 years of pest control experience required
Be able to pass a background
Be able to pass a drug screening and physical.
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Professional appearance and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a route
Lift and carry up to 50lbs
Open to working at least 1 Saturday a month
Tech savvy (ability to convert with CRM)

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Florida Pest Control License preferred
Commercial pest control experience preferred
Experience with mobile reporting systems
Strong written communication skills
Experience with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs
Experience servicing manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, or senior living facilities

Responsibilities

Perform pest control services by applying by placing pest control materials; conducting inspections; resolving our commercial customers' pest needs.
Provide excellent customer service
Present a professional appearance including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
Communicate with office personnel in a professional courteous manner.
