Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain required state pest control licenses and certifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments

Nice To Haves

Previous pest control experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled pest control inspections, treatments, and prevention services at commercial properties
Identify pest activity, entry points, harborage areas, and conducive conditions
Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on customer needs and site conditions
Apply pest control products and integrated pest management techniques in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Communicate findings, recommendations, and service results to customers in a professional manner
Maintain accurate service records using company-provided technology
Respond to customer questions and concerns while providing outstanding customer service
Ensure company vehicle, equipment, and materials are maintained in a clean and professional condition
Comply with all company safety policies and industry regulations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service and effective communication
