About The Position

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician. This role offers a balance of independence and customer interaction, where you will own your route and provide top-tier service. The Technician Pathway Program focuses on developing leadership skills, gaining expertise in pest control, and expanding knowledge through hands-on experience and formal training. You will be empowered to help lead and develop others.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action.
• Learn/follow servicing protocols to apply chemical solutions/products.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manual labor, service routes, or outdoor work.
• Proven ability to connect with people through face-to-face service visits.
• Current pest control license or previous experience with pest control or pesticides.
• Desire to learn and develop as an individual and leader.
• An independent attitude with a willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specific materials for each customer's unique needs.
• Communicate arrival and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform pest control services with care and thoroughness.
• Provide detailed notes on each service performed and offer recommendations for continued pest protection.
• Continue to the next customer with energy and focus.
