About The Position

The Commercial Pest Control Lead Specialist will work closely with the district leadership team to increase the productivity as well as the quality of service and profitability of the district. The Commercial Pest Control Lead Specialist will also perform responsibilities of a Service Specialist maintaining regularly scheduled route responsibilities, additional work requests, and assisting with open routes. Building and maintaining good customer relations, maintaining high service standards at all accounts, participation in group meetings and account reviews, and completion of independent and group on-going training are also key aspects of this role. This role will serve as a coach and mentor for Service Specialists. The ability and willingness to work flexible hours and be an interactive member in a team work environment are essential. This position may require participating in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of commercial pest control experience
  • Must possess a valid, current Pest Control License
  • Advanced LOB/PNOL knowledge
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Self-discipline to work efficiently without direct supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high dependency customer service issues
  • Proficient district level knowledge
  • Courteously and effectively interact with a diverse group of coworkers and customers
  • Ability to identify and solve problems without direct guidance and provide follow through with action steps until resolution is reached
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Must have and express a sense of urgency when dealing with client and partner concerns.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Able to work 40+ hours per week including Saturday’s as needed
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
