Requirements
- Previous commercial painting experience required
- Experience using airless and conventional spray equipment
- Experience working on large commercial construction projects
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
Responsibilities
- Apply paint and protective coatings on commercial construction projects
- Operate airless and conventional spray equipment
- Prepare surfaces by masking, sanding, patching, and cleaning
- Follow project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work efficiently both independently and with a crew
