Commercial Overhead Door Technician

Requirements
- Commercial garage door industry experience is strongly preferred
- Strong technical field ability and confidence working independently
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Comfortable using mobile tools, service software, and company processes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to submit to a background check if offered the position
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial overhead door service, repair, and installation work
- Work on related systems, including operators, pedestrian doors, dock equipment, and access-related components
- Diagnose issues accurately and complete work safely and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and leadership
- Identify additional repair, upgrade, or service opportunities in the field
- Maintain strong workmanship with low callback rates
- Participate in ongoing technical development and training
