About The Position
Join ANH as a Commercial Optimization Manager and lead digital transformation, ERP optimization, and process excellence across North America. You will bridge business and technology teams, improve operational performance, and drive scalable solutions that support long-term growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ERP, business systems, digital transformation, or process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, governance, and business process optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, change management, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP and manufacturing or life sciences environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the North America digital roadmap and align regional ERP requirements with global IT strategy.
- Serve as business process owner, establishing standards, governance, and scalable solution designs.
- Own application reliability and operational continuity through strong partnerships with IT and vendors.
- Coordinate critical incident response, driving rapid resolution and root-cause elimination.
- Drive process optimization, system enhancements, and adoption of sustainable digital solutions.
- Lead training, standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
