About The Position

Turner Pest Control is seeking a friendly, helpful, and detail-focused Commercial Operations Representative to join their fast-paced, high-volume, inbound call center. This role is critical to the company's success and requires professional, attentive, and upbeat customer service representatives. The Commercial Operations Representative will be the voice of the company for customers, handling incoming calls and emails to assist with scheduling, billing, and general service questions. They will work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while ensuring customers feel valued. Responsibilities include answering billing questions, coordinating services, following up on requests, and making outbound calls/emails for service renewals and appointment reminders. The role requires clear and positive communication with teammates, field staff, and managers, with a focus on resolving issues quickly and leaving a positive impression.

Requirements

  • One or more years of administrative/office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritize multiple tasks, and maximize performance while remaining customer-focused
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
