About The Position

The Commercial Operations Intern will support process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional coordination initiatives that enhance efficiency, standardization, and transparency across USCAN Radiopharmacy commercial operations. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, and market analysis within the healthcare industry. The intern will contribute to key projects aimed at optimizing commercial performance and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry, particularly in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Prior internship experience in a commercial, sales, or operations role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support sales operations through data analysis, report generation, and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product management to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
Prepare presentations and reports for leadership, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing resources.
Participate in team meetings and provide insights on commercial performance and operational efficiencies.
Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Commercial Operations team.
