The Commercial Operations Coordinator will perform a wide range of administrative duties to coordinate and expedite the flow of work between departments, requiring a high level of detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Responsibilities

• Plan work assignments and equipment allocations to meet transportation, operations or production goals
• Examine documents to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Direct workers in transportation related services, such as moving or loading or unloading of materials, and mitigate any move issues.
• Audit moves to ensure adherence to contract specifications prior to billing.
