About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Operations Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient with MS Office tools, and have experience with data entry. A background in finance or legal is beneficial due to the handling of loan documents. Experience in commercial lending, captive finance lending, or dealership is a plus. The role involves a hybrid work model, requiring 4 days in the office, with flexibility for additional days as business needs arise. Candidates should be local and able to commute as needed. The position requires 1-2 years of relevant experience with an openness to learning, though senior profiles are also welcome. Strong thoroughness, accuracy, and a commitment to high-quality work are essential.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented.
• Experience with commercial real estate or construction loans.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, Finance, etc.).
• College degree is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of loan documentation preparation, boarding loans, and data entry into loan systems.
• Insurance verification and coordination with various parties (borrower, borrower’s counsel, B counsel, commercial loan officers, B operations) to execute loan closing and funding.
• Updating risk ratings and FRB flags in the loan system.
• Responsibilities of the construction desk, including reviewing work from third-party construction monitors, contractors, and title agents.
• Monitoring and reporting on service levels.
• Executing the balancing/draw/disbursement process for construction loans and revolving lines of credit.
