Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping work is preferred - but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices, products, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as a reliable team member with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 30-40 lbs.), and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of your shift.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record - this role requires travel between client sites in a company vehicle.
• Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in doing a job well.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned commercial spaces - offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas - using proper techniques and equipment.
• Handle janitorial supplies and cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines.
• Complete custodial tasks - including trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, surface disinfection, dusting, and window cleaning.
• Maintain consistent cleanliness standards that meet client expectations and company protocols.
• Follow all safety procedures during cleaning activities and promptly report maintenance issues or hazards to your supervisor.
