About The Position

Commercial Motorcoach Operator Are you ready for a career that takes you places-literally? Indian Trails is looking for a part-time Commercial Motorcoach Operator to join our bus operator team. Start your journey earning $18/hour during training and $24/hour after training , with plenty of opportunities for growth. Schedules will vary depending on routes and charter trips. Whether you're driving a scheduled route or a private charter, each day will bring a new adventure. Training lasts 4 - 6 weeks , and you'll be paid while earning your CDL B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements if you don't already have one. As a Commercial Motorcoach Operator, you will hit the road, ensuring passengers arrive safely and comfortably at their destinations. You will spend your time behind the wheel, navigating routes, staying on schedule, and providing excellent customer service. You will greet passengers, assist with luggage, and create a welcoming environment onboard. Whether it's a scheduled bus route or a charter trip across state lines, you will make every ride a smooth and enjoyable experience. On multi-day trips, your accommodations and meals will be covered.

Requirements

  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • CDL (A or B) with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements and an excellent driving record (or the ability to obtain one)
  • Ability to obtain and enhance a license or passport for travel outside the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical
  • Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen, Breath Alcohol test and physical.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check with no prior alcohol or drug related convictions.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check with no felonies.
