As we continue to expand, we're seeking Commercial Mortgage Sales Representatives to partner with our dynamic group in New York City. In this role, you'll cultivate client relationships, assess financing needs, and structure tailored commercial mortgage solutions — as an independent contractor building your own book of business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; strong interest in commercial real estate and finance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset — this is a commission-only, independent contractor opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Learn the commercial mortgage process, assist with documentation, and support senior brokers.
• Build client relationships, evaluate mortgage opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay current on market trends and industry regulations.
• Leverage available training resources and tools to grow your business.
