Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Sales and Project Management experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access, etc.)
  • Detail-orientated with a proven ability to organize and prioritize work/multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
  • Commercial/Mechanical (PVF) industry knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales and cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining project tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, effectively communicating updates to team members and stakeholders.
  • Managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports and relevant correspondence.
