About The Position

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Commercial Marketing Team! This Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities. This internship will support our Commercial Business Unit's compliance and sustainability data efforts within the 3E platform. You will be supporting the team's efforts in ensuring product data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready across categories.

Requirements

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level
• Marketing Major Preferred
• Proficient computer skills
• Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship experience in relevant function preferred

Responsibilities

• Audit and clean existing product data in 3E, correcting errors, filling gaps, and standardizing entries across product categories
• Upload and organize part-level data for manual, motorized, and electronics components into 3E, ensuring proper categorization and completeness
• Help onboard new suppliers to the 3E platform - guide them through data submission requirements and verifying initial uploads
• Survey textile suppliers to confirm existing data (material composition, compliance certifications, sourcing info) is current and accurate, following up on discrepancies
