About The Position

Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, from delivering ads to linear and digital audiences to pioneering the tech that makes it possible. We help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. This job entails developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing new advertising product launches, and steering the sales team. It requires campaign analysis, team mentoring, and result reporting to meet business goals and enhance ROI. The role is crucial for strategic marketing success.

Requirements

  • 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience

Responsibilities

  • Designing and launching marketing campaigns to introduce new advertising products and pricing structures
  • Implementing campaign strategies and promotional programs to target specific market segments effectively
  • Training the sales team on new advertising products, providing expertise to enhance sales techniques
  • Supporting sales staff during key customer visits, offering marketing insights and program adjustments
  • Researching market trends to design pricing programs that attract and retain customers
  • Monitoring marketing program performance and recommending data-driven solutions for optimization
  • Communicating department policies and procedures, ensuring team alignment with marketing objectives
  • Training and mentoring marketing professionals and staff to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Reporting on campaign results to senior management, providing clear metrics and insights on performance and ROI
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
