About The Position
Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician to join their growing team in State College, PA. PMI is an employee-owned company with over 55 years in business, managing over $4 billion in real estate assets. This role is part of the Maintenance Division and offers the opportunity to become an employee owner.
Requirements
- Prior maintenance experience is preferred.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces.
Responsibilities
- Commercial maintenance in office buildings.
- Preventative maintenance.
- Grounds maintenance.
- Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting.
- Customer service.
- Rotating On-Call.
- May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
