About The Position

FICS is seeking a dynamic Commercial Loan Servicing Software - System Support member with experience in commercial servicing escrow administration, commercial servicing asset management, commercial servicing investor reporting, and/or IRS reporting. This customer-centric role involves being the first point of contact for high-quality commercial mortgage loan servicing system support, helping clients simplify complex workflows and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include supporting users via phone and email, training customers on FICS’ proprietary software, delivering product webinars, presenting at the Annual Users’ Conference, and collaborating with internal teams for quality assurance testing of new and enhanced functionality. The role directly influences customer efficiency and success.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a commercial mortgage loan servicer.
  • A solid understanding of commercial mortgage loan servicing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • Technical proficiency in learning robust software systems.
  • Natural problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel across the U.S., when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of escrow administration, asset management, cash management, investor reporting, and/or IRS reporting.

Responsibilities
