About The Position

First Resource Bank, a thriving community bank headquartered in Exton PA and recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work”, is seeking a dynamic and motivated full-time Commercial Loan Support Specialist. The Commercial Loan Support Specialist (“CLS”) will directly support lenders and; in turn, portfolio managers to ensure that the Bank’s loan portfolio is properly attended to and in compliance with Bank policy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and review the accuracy and completeness of loan packages in accordance with the Banks’ Interdepartmental Processing Standards.
  • Assist lending team with new and existing requests to Post-Closing, Credit, Portfolio Managers and/or Construction/Collateral for advances, construction draws, LOC renewals, temporary extensions.
  • Ensure CRA information is accurate and current.
  • Process new loan fundings in accordance with the funding sheet.
  • Collect and process 3rd party payments for fees.
  • Work with lenders to clear any pre- and post-closing documentation items while ensuring that financial reporting tracking items are collected and filed in the Banks’ central imaging system.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to follow-up for renewals and/or expired insurance policies that are primarily monitored by the Post-Closing area.
  • Provide administrative support or other duties as needed.
