FICS is seeking a dynamic Commercial Loan Servicing Software - System Support member to join their team. This role involves assisting customers with commercial servicing escrow administration, commercial servicing asset management, commercial servicing investor reporting, and/or IRS reporting to ensure they maximize the use of FICS' commercial mortgage loan servicing software for daily commercial loan servicing. As a customer-centric role, the System Support member will be the primary point of contact for high-quality commercial mortgage loan servicing system support, helping clients streamline complex processes and maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities include supporting users via phone and email in a fast-paced setting, training customers on FICS' proprietary software, conducting regular product webinars, presenting at the Annual Users’ Conference, and collaborating with internal teams for quality assurance testing of new and enhanced functionalities.
