You’ll partner closely with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams to ensure each loan moves efficiently from application to closing, accurately, compliantly, and on time. Responsibilities
- Process commercial loan applications from start to finish
- Order, review, and track third-party documentation (appraisals, title, insurance, etc.)
- Prepare loan files for underwriting, approval, and closing
- Ensure documentation meets policy, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Communicate clearly and proactively with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams
- Keep multiple loan files organized, moving, and on schedule
- Help deliver seamless, professional borrower experiences
