About The Position

Detail-orientation, accuracy, and a heart for internal customer service are the attributes we are looking for in the next associate to join our Loan Operations Team. As a Commercial Loan Processor, you utilize industry experience and knowledge to provide support to lending personnel and all other internal customers, creating and maintaining complete and accurate loan files.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
Knowledge or strong desire to learn facets or core servicing software and loan products and services.

Nice To Haves

Previous lending and/or processing experience.
Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements, entity structures, lien perfection, and real estate.
Bilingual/Multilingual.

Responsibilities

Process new commercial loans accurately.
Prepare documentation for commercial loans.
Prep the loan file for boarding.
Order, track, receive, and review various supporting documents.
Maintain all information in department reports.
Communicate continuously with commercial lenders, requesting additional information and providing loan and supporting documents for their review.
Track trailing documents to ensure the completeness and perfection of all loan files after closing.
