About The Position

The Commercial Loan Post-Closer is responsible for reviewing closed loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. This position works closely with Document Specialists for documentation issues and loan funding, with loan officers, attorneys, title companies, and loan servicing staff to facilitate timely notification of closed loans to the board and core systems.
