This role involves managing the assigned commercial loan portfolio through administration duties, verifying and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and other related financial information. It also includes preparing financial statement spreadsheets, evaluating business industry and managing issues, analyzing trends, and assessing overall credit risk. The position requires coordinating with Relationship Managers for information accumulation, preparing Annual Reviews, and Commercial Loan Approvals and Modifications. Additionally, it involves monitoring and coordinating funding documentation for construction loans, administering lines of credit, and participating in customer calls. The role also focuses on maintaining ongoing business relationships, validating Borrowing Base Certificates, and monitoring management reports for pending maturities, covenant compliance, delinquencies, and financial statement reporting. The Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager ensures timely completion of reviews, modifications, and renewals, prepares files for auditors, examiners, and regulators, and assists customers in obtaining specialized services. A working knowledge of Bank operating policies and procedures impacting commercial services is essential, as is managing the loan documentation process and resolving documentation-related problems. The role also supports risk management, safety, and soundness, and regulatory compliance.
