About The Position
The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing Pinnacle's loan processing and servicing functions. This role ensures the accurate and timely management of loan documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient workflow across the loan operations team. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and deliver exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in loan operations, processing, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation, processing, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with loan management software and systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Loan Specialist)
