About The Position
Responsible for the development, origination, underwriting, and ongoing management of commercial lending relationships that support the Bank's profitability, asset quality, and strategic objectives. Through proactive business development efforts and relationship management, this position identifies lending opportunities, delivers financial solutions tailored to customer needs, and promotes the Bank's full range of products and services. The Commerical Loan Officer exercies sound credit judgement, maintains strong portfolio quality, ensures compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements, and serves as a visible representative fo the Bank within the communities it serves.
