Our client is a leading private lender specializing in real estate investment loans, including fix-and-flip, construction, bridge, and DSCR financing. We are looking for hungry, motivated sales professionals who love prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals. Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B sales, real estate, mortgage, insurance, or financial services preferred)
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Coachable and eager to learn

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to real estate investors and mortgage brokers
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
  • Educate clients on Washington Capital Partners’ loan products
  • Manage deals from application through closing
  • Consistently hit activity and revenue goals
