Requirements

• Strong background in finance and agriculture
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess creditworthiness and risk
• Top-notch communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with members and present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including but not limited to Excel, loan origination systems, and credit analysis software
• Detail-oriented and organized
