About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Loan Officer that will uphold a tradition of honesty and integrity; a dynamic, self-motivated individual that will provide relationship-based banking services to current and prospective clients. This position will be accountable for individual business development activities and strategies that promote core deposit and loan growth, while developing a network of referral sources that will drive loan and deposit growth through personal and business development activities. This individual will work closely with and report directly to the Branch President.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills; interpersonal and problem-solving skills; demonstrates attention to detail; strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Windows based software including Excel, Word, Outlook and banking software.
Nice To Haves
- Associate, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Lending is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide relationship-based banking services to current and prospective clients.

Benefits
- Highly competitive compensation and benefit packages.
- Base range before bonus for the position would be $65,000- 85,000- annually.
- Senior and/or tenured applicants may have additional compensation considerations based on previous work, educational experiences and/or certifications, career level, years of experience, or geographic location.
