Requirements

• Strong background in finance and agriculture.
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess creditworthiness and risk.
• Top-notch communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with members and present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including but not limited to Excel, loan origination systems, and credit analysis software.
• Detail-oriented and organized to navigate the intricacies of loan documentation and compliance requirements.
