Commercial Loan Officer II
About The Position
The Commercial Loan Officer II is a senior-level lending position responsible for obtaining and developing a quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing an existing portfolio. This role involves handling various loan types including Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans. The officer will promote BancFirst services by cross-selling banking products to new and existing clientele, participating in community events, and consistently executing policies and procedures with extraordinary customer service. The position requires outside business development calls and assisting with other duties and special projects as assigned. Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position. Requirements
- Bachelor Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of lending experience
- Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
- Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums
- Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
- Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals
- Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships
- Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
