About The Position

The Commercial Loan Documentation Processor is responsible for producing commercial loan documents using Laser Pro, preparing loan closing documents for approved commercial loans, and working closely with Loan Edit staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness. This role also involves assisting the Bank President and Commercial Lenders, aiding customers, and ensuring compliance with regulations and BancFirst policies and procedures. The position may also include other job-related duties or special projects as assigned. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and duties may change.

Requirements

Knowledge of Horizon loan system
Knowledge of AccuAccount scanning system
Knowledge of daily loan operations
General understanding of BancFirst products and services
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor at all times
Critical thinking and reasoning skills
Detail oriented
Must be able to multi-task
Must work well under stress and deadlines
Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

Responsibilities

Responsible for producing commercial loan documents using Laser Pro.
Prepare loan closing documents for approved commercial loans
Work closely with Loan Edit staff to ensure all documents are produced accurately and in a timely manner
Assist Bank President and Commercial Lenders as needed
Assist customers
Ensure compliance with regulations and BancFirst policies and procedures
Perform other job related duties or special projects as assigned
