About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to support a major system transition from AFS to LoanIQ—a great opportunity to showcase your expertise while driving meaningful operational transformation. This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LoanIQ (must-have)
• Strong background in commercial loan operations (booking & funding)
• Deep understanding of credit agreements and loan documentation
• Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented transactions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to AFS (Automated Financial Systems)
• Experience supporting system conversions or transformation initiatives
• Banking or financial services operations background

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of loan booking and funding activities using LoanIQ
• Execute critical fund movements across internal systems with accuracy and speed
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day commercial lending operations
• Play a key role in system migration success by helping teams adapt to LoanIQ
• Interpret and apply commercial loan credit agreements to ensure precise transaction execution
• Troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency
