Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; and a minimum of 1 year of consumer/business loan doc prep, analysis, document review, and/or quality review
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with bank personnel of all levels, and bank clients
Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently, establish priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Basic Office Machine Operation Skills, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.

Nice To Haves

Paralegal Certificate a plus
Experience with SBA and/or USDA documentation

Responsibilities

Document Review: Complete a detailed review of the loan approval to determine borrowers, guarantors, collateral and other required closing conditions. Identify missing or incorrect information and coordinate necessary corrections.
Compliance: Review loan files and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Ensure legal and SBA requirements are satisfied.
Closing Coordination: Prepare accurate commitment packages before closing.
Loan Disbursement & Draw Administration: Monitor draw loans for disbursement and reconcile all invoices.
