About The Position
A well-established, successful corporate law firm near Syracuse, NY currently has a position available for a Commercial Litigation Attorney. Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree
- 5+ years of experience practicing litigating corporate legal issues
- Must be a barred member in New York
- Experienced with litigating contract issues, construction disputes, employment disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, commercial and consumer collection efforts
- Familiar with corporate dissolutions, non-competition issues, shareholder disputes, corporate governance, fraudulent transfers
- Experience with all phases of litigation
