About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has immediate openings in its Boise office for commercial litigation attorneys with 9-10 years of experience or more. Candidates must possess an excellent academic background, proven writing, analysis, and research skills, and be self-starters capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The role requires extensive litigation experience, including drafting and responding to discovery, motion practice, court appearances, taking and defending depositions, and mediation. Significant client oversight and responsibility are expected, emphasizing a commitment to superior client service. Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be licensed in Idaho, with a license in Washington being a preferred but not required qualification. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Boise area. Requirements

9-10 years of experience or more in commercial litigation
