About The Position
We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney to work with our F100 clients. This role involves analyzing conflicts in legal matters, advising clients on solutions, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The attorney will also perform litigation management and outside counsel management, and partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience in an in-house corporate environment
- The ability to work remotely full time for corporate clients on a contract basis helping to resolve in-house litigation matters
- Active bar license in the state in which you reside
Nice To Haves
- Experience with database management of litigation materials.
- Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload.
- Sophisticated legal writing skills, legal research experience, and the ability to deliver complex analysis.
