About The Position

The Los Angeles office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking an Associate/Counsel to join the Commercial Litigation Group. This role involves representing clients in both California state court and federal court, managing all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and hearings.

Requirements

• 6+ years of litigation experience at a law firm
• Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials from a Top 50 law school
• Admission to the California Bar
