Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
2-5 years of in-depth experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of EZLynx software.
Proven track record of success in sales, including the ability to build and manage a book of business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work hours that accommodate working parents and other personal needs.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial lines insurance.
Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and on-site client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Utilize EZLynx software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
Focus on personal lines, including auto, home, umbrella, and fire insurance, with a concentration on small to mid-market accounts.
