Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving professional growth and success.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with AMS Epic or similar agency management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in industries such as manufacturing, trucking, food, farming, landscaping, contracting, and restaurants.
• Collaborate with leading carriers, including Westfield, Cincinnati, Encova, and Travelers, to provide customized insurance solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and carrier offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
• Utilize the AMS Epic system to manage client information and streamline workflows.
• Participate in a structured interview and assessment process, including cognitive evaluations, to ensure alignment with company standards and values.
