About The Position

Seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Producer to join a team, specializing in professional liability insurance. This role is focused on developing new business relationships, identifying client insurance needs, and delivering tailored risk management and insurance solutions. The compensation package includes a base salary of up to $65,000, eligibility for a production bonus program on all new insurance commissions generated through direct efforts, and a flexible commission structure with adjustments for new business generated through provided leads or cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Professional Liability Insurance Experience: Required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on ethical and client-centered selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

• MedMal (Medical Malpractice) insurance or experience working with physicians, architects, lawyers, or Errors & Omissions coverage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new business relationships with clients in need of professional liability insurance.

• Work with warm leads generated through our website, focusing on engaging and converting interested prospects.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
