Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Prior experience in commercial lines insurance placement is essential.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
Strong sales acumen and a demonstrated ability to identify and seize opportunities.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

Quote and place new and renewal commercial lines insurance business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to secure competitive quotes and ensure successful placement of accounts.
Support producers by managing the marketing and placement process for various accounts.
Handle a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small to large, across multiple industries.
Utilize technology effectively to streamline workflows and enhance client service.
